Specialization

Front-office support for your practice, done carefully.

Scheduling, insurance eligibility checks, prior-authorization paperwork and billing support — by a dedicated, HIPAA-trained administrative assistant working under a Business Associate Agreement.

Overview

Admin capacity, with privacy built in.

Practice staff spend large parts of the day on phones, portals and paperwork. That's work a well-trained remote administrator can take on — if privacy and access are handled properly.

We require a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) before any assistant accesses protected health information, provide HIPAA privacy and security training, and work only inside your systems with role-based access. Our assistants do no clinical work.

FAQ

Medical Administrative Assistants: common questions

Will you sign a BAA?

Yes, and we require one before an assistant accesses any protected health information.

Are your assistants HIPAA-trained?

Every medical admin assistant completes HIPAA privacy and security training before placement, and annually after.

Do assistants do any clinical work?

No. They handle administrative tasks only and route anything clinical to your licensed staff.

Can they work in our EHR?

Yes, under a user account you provision with role-based, minimum-necessary access and MFA.

Why is Core not available for medical admin?

Medical work requires additional training, vetting and compliance overhead, so it starts at the Growth tier.
