Books closed on time. Every month.
Dedicated and fractional bookkeepers who categorize, reconcile, invoice, pay bills and close your month in QuickBooks Online or Xero — reviewed by a second set of eyes and coordinated with your CPA.
Clean books, without a full-time US hire.
Bookkeeping fails quietly. Transactions pile up uncategorized, reconciliations slip, invoices go out late — and the problem surfaces at tax time or in a board meeting.
ExecWing bookkeepers run a documented monthly cadence with a reviewer checking every close. We work inside your accounting system, alongside your CPA. We don't prepare or file taxes, and we don't provide CPA, attestation or legal services.

What ExecWing bookkeeping is not
ExecWing does not provide tax preparation or filing, CPA services, audits, reviews or other attestation, or legal advice. We work alongside your CPA or tax advisor, who remains responsible for those services.
Your bookkeeper never holds payment approval authority by default and never stores your bank login credentials. Bank access is through your accounting system's feeds or read-only/user-level access you grant, protected by MFA.

Bookkeeping: common questions
Do you file my taxes?
No. ExecWing does not prepare or file taxes. We deliver clean, reconciled books and a year-end package to your CPA or tax preparer.
Which accounting software do you support?
QuickBooks Online and Xero are our core platforms, with Bill.com for AP and Gusto for payroll. We can work in others on request.
Who reviews my books?
Every month-end close is checked by a reviewer against a standard checklist before reports are delivered to you.
Will my bookkeeper have access to my bank account?
Not your bank login. They work from bank feeds in your accounting system and statements you provide. Payment approvals stay with you.
How quickly can you catch up books that are months behind?
It depends on volume and record quality. We scope cleanup after a review of your file and quote a fixed price per month behind.
Is fractional or dedicated right for me?
Under roughly 750 transactions a month, fractional usually fits. Above that, or with heavy AR/AP and payroll work, a dedicated bookkeeper is more economical.
