Specialization

Legal admin support that respects the bar's rules.

Intake handled, calendars kept, documents organized and time entries chased — by a dedicated administrative assistant working under your firm's supervision.

Overview

More billable hours, fewer admin ones.

Attorneys and paralegals lose hours each week to intake calls, scheduling and document wrangling.

A Legal Administrative Assistant takes that work under your firm's supervision and confidentiality policies. They never provide legal advice, and the supervising attorney remains responsible for their work.

Scope & guardrails

Ethics and confidentiality

No legal advice. Assistants don't advise clients, interpret law or set fees. Supervising attorneys remain responsible for nonlawyer assistance under their jurisdiction's professional conduct rules (see ABA Model Rule 5.3).

Assistants sign confidentiality agreements and work only inside your firm's systems with least-privilege access.
