Getting started
What is ExecWing?
ExecWing is a managed service that places dedicated, full-time, Philippines-based assistants — executive, revenue, operations, bookkeeping and specialist roles — with US leaders. We recruit, train, quality-check and back-fill; you get a teammate who works your hours.
Who is ExecWing for?
Founders, CEOs, CROs, VPs of Sales, COOs and fractional executives at US companies, typically with 20–500 employees, plus practices and firms that need dedicated administrative capacity.
How fast can I get started?
Typically 1–2 weeks from fit call to first day, depending on the role and your requirements.
What happens on the fit call?
In 20 minutes we map your tools, your week and the work you want off your plate, then tell you honestly whether a dedicated assistant makes sense and which plan fits.
Do I interview candidates?
Yes. You meet two to three pre-vetted candidates and choose the one you want.
Is the assistant full-time?
Yes. One assistant, 40 hours a week, dedicated to your account. No shared pools. Bookkeeping also offers part-time fractional packages.
What hours do assistants work?
Your US business hours — ET, CT, MT or PT. We agree core hours during onboarding.
Can I start with a small scope and expand?
Yes. Many clients start with calendar and inbox, then add CRM, research or reporting as trust builds. Changing plans takes effect at your next billing cycle.
Pricing & contracts
How much does ExecWing cost?
Assistants are $1,900/mo (Core), $2,300/mo (Growth) or $2,700/mo (Executive). Dedicated bookkeepers are $2,100–$2,600/mo; fractional bookkeeping starts at $450/mo. See the pricing page.
Is there a long-term contract?
No. A simple master services agreement and a month-to-month order form. Cancel with 30 days' written notice.
Are there setup or recruiting fees?
No recruiting fees for assistant plans. Bookkeeping cleanup projects are quoted separately.
What is the founding-client offer?
Our first five clients get 50% off their first month.
How is billing handled?
Billed monthly in advance.
What does it cost beyond the monthly fee?
Nothing from ExecWing. You provide licenses for the tools your assistant uses, such as a CRM seat or Sales Navigator.
Can I hire my assistant directly?
Yes. Pay a flat $3,000 buyout and they can join your team directly.
Do you offer part-time assistants?
Assistant plans are full-time and dedicated. Bookkeeping offers fractional packages by transaction volume.
Talent & quality
How do you select assistants?
Multi-stage screening: written English, a role-specific skills test, a structured interview, reference checks and a check of their home-office setup.
What training do assistants receive?
Every revenue assistant completes our 5-day Revenue Bootcamp. Specialist roles complete role-specific training such as HIPAA for medical admin or close checklists for bookkeepers.
How do you manage quality?
A weekly QA scorecard, a named ExecWing account lead and agreed KPIs for your role.
What if my assistant isn't a fit?
Tell your account lead. We coach first; if it still isn't right, we replace your assistant at no additional cost.
What happens when my assistant is sick or on leave?
We agree a coverage plan during onboarding. Planned leave is scheduled in advance; for extended absences we can provide temporary cover.
Do assistants work for other clients?
No. Assistant plans are dedicated to one client account.
Can my assistant join our Slack and meetings?
Yes. Treat them like a remote teammate — they'll join your tools, stand-ups and calls.
Are assistants employees or contractors?
Assistants are engaged by ExecWing in the Philippines. You don't take on employer obligations there.
Philippines & remote work
Why the Philippines?
A large, experienced business-support workforce, strong English proficiency and a long history of supporting US companies. See Why the Philippines.
Will time zones be a problem?
Assistants work your US hours, which is night shift in Manila. This is a well-established working pattern in the Philippines' business-services sector.
What about internet and power reliability?
We require a backup internet connection and backup power as a condition of placement.
How is communication handled?
Through your tools — Slack, Teams, email and video calls — with a daily check-in rhythm agreed at onboarding.
Do assistants observe Philippine holidays?
We agree a holiday calendar with you up front, aligned to your US schedule wherever possible.
Security & privacy
How do you protect my data?
Signed confidentiality and data-privacy agreements, least-privilege access, MFA, password managers and secured devices. See Security.
Do you comply with the Philippine Data Privacy Act?
Our agreements with assistants are aligned with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, and we follow your contractual data requirements.
Can you sign an NDA?
Yes. We'll review and sign a reasonable mutual NDA before onboarding.
Will you sign a HIPAA BAA?
Yes, for medical administrative placements, and we require one before any PHI access.
What happens to access when we part ways?
We run an offboarding checklist with you the same day: access revoked, credentials rotated and confirmation of data deletion.
Do you have SOC 2?
Not today. We're an early-stage company and won't claim certifications we don't hold. We'll walk through our controls in detail and complete your security questionnaire.
Partners
How does the partner program work?
Fractional executives, consultants, bookkeeping firms and fractional CFOs who introduce clients earn 10% of ExecWing's collected monthly fee for as long as the client stays active. See Partners.
Do partners have to sell?
No. Make an email introduction; we run the fit call.
When are referral fees paid?
Monthly, after the client pays, under a simple partner agreement.
Can partners use ExecWing themselves?
Yes. Many fractional executives use one assistant across their client work.
Bookkeeping
What bookkeeping services do you offer?
Transaction categorization, bank and card reconciliations, AR/invoicing, AP/bill pay, payroll support, month-end close and reports, and cleanup/catch-up projects.
Do you prepare or file taxes?
No. ExecWing does not provide tax preparation or filing. We deliver tax-ready books and a year-end package to your CPA.
Are you a CPA firm?
No. We don't provide CPA services, audits, reviews, compilations or other attestation, or legal advice. We work alongside your CPA.
Which software do you support?
QuickBooks Online and Xero, with Bill.com for AP, Gusto for payroll and common tools such as Ramp, Brex, Expensify, Dext and Stripe.
How is fractional bookkeeping priced?
By monthly transaction volume: $450/mo up to 100 transactions, $850/mo up to 300, $1,400/mo up to 750. Above that, a dedicated bookkeeper is usually better value.
What counts as a transaction?
Any line that must be categorized or matched — bank and card lines, invoices, bills and payouts. We count from your last three months before quoting.
How much does cleanup cost?
From $175 per month behind for simple books and $295 per month for moderate complexity; complex files are quoted after review. Minimum project $750.
How long does month-end close take?
Our target is books closed and reports delivered by the 10th business day, provided statements and approvals arrive on time.
Who reviews the work?
A reviewer checks every month-end close against our checklist before reports go to you.
Will my bookkeeper have my bank password?
No. We don't store or use your bank login credentials. We work from bank feeds in your accounting system, statements you share and user-level access you grant with MFA.
Can my bookkeeper pay bills?
They prepare payment runs; approval and release stay with you unless you explicitly delegate limited authority in writing.
Do you run payroll?
We support payroll — preparing inputs in Gusto or your provider and reconciling journals. You approve payroll and your provider files payroll taxes.
Cash or accrual?
Both. Dedicated and Senior tiers handle accrual adjustments you and your CPA approve.
Can you work with my existing CPA?
Yes, that's the model. We coordinate year-end packages, adjusting entries and questions directly with your CPA.
Can CPA firms use ExecWing bookkeepers?
Yes. Accounting firms and fractional CFOs can join our partner program or place dedicated bookkeepers under their own review.
Do you carry insurance?
We're putting professional liability (E&O) coverage in place before bookkeeping launches and will share certificates on request.
